Welcome to our beautiful, luxury condo at the Shana Resort in Manuel Antonio! One of only two Shana Residences, our guests enjoy the space, comforts and complete kitchen of a private residence--with all of the amenities and services of a 4.5 Star Resort.
Shana Residences #310 is a 2-bedroom luxury condominium within the Shana by the Beach resort, located in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. With a setting above the pool and restaurant area, it offers some of the best ocean views in the entire resort. There are two masters, each with king beds, AC, TVs, private baths, walk-in-closets and balconies. The spacious living area, dining area and kitchen communicate to the large balcony, which is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the views. We have taken special care to ensure that everything in our condo is top-quality--from the cotton sheets, to the kitchenware, and want our guests to feel like they are in their own home.
As if the comforts of the condo weren't enough... our location amid the rainforests of Manuel Antonio means natural beauty--and tons of wildlife. It's a common site to have monkeys visit the pool area, spot a slot in the nearby trees, or watch parrots, toucans or scarlet macaws fly overhead. You can often hear the howler monkeys in the deep forest at dawn or dusk. Nature enthusiasts can hike along a coastal trail to several local beaches, including some that are scarcely visited.
At the same time we are only a half mile away from the center of Manuel Antonio, and some of its best restaurants, bars and shopping. Both Quepos and the national park are a 10 minute drive away.

The Shana by the Beach is one of Manuel Antonio's finest resorts. The setting and location are slightly off-the-beaten-path on Punta Quepos, which is known for its privacy, natural beauty and wildlife. Furthermore it is walkable to two different beaches--including a 10-minute nature trail leading to nearby Biesanz Beach. There are two pools--the huge, family pool & jacuzzi, and also an adults-only pool and bar. With a great open-air restaurant, lounge & bar, spa and gym--there's little else you'll need to complete your Manuel Antonio vacation!
